Where is Patapuss based?

Patapuss is located in Adelaide, South Australia, so items bought on our website are posted from Adelaide. Currently Patapuss Parties are only held in Adelaide but we are expanding our Patapuss Party Presenter network to enable ladies interstate to enjoy pleasurable play with Patapuss also.

Do you have a printed catalogue that can be sent out by mail?

Sorry, but to keep our prices low we do not have a printed catalogue as such. All of our products are featured on this site.

How do you take orders?

You can order most easily and securely through our website or during a Patapuss Party. Orders can also be emailed to us via sales@patapuss.com as long as you provide contact phone number, full delivery details and advise payment method. If there is a need to obtain credit card details we can contact you by phone for these unless you prefer to include them with your order or in a separate email. We can also accept phone orders on 0407 616 158.

What is the cost of shipping within Australia?

All orders below $150.00 are posted for $9.95 Australia wide. Any order over $150.00 is sent free. Patapuss members (link to membership page?) get an even more generous free post allowance of $100.00.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visacard and Mastercard. We also take direct deposits into our bank account via any branch of BankSA or internet banking. If you prefer to make payment by direct deposit, choose this as the payment method when prompted during checkout to obtain our bank deposit details. Be sure to use your order number as the reference! Alternatives include Paypal and sending a cheque or money order, all of which can be selected as payment methods after you have added all products to your cart and entered your delivery address. Of course cash is also accepted at a Patapuss Party!

Can I trust Patapuss with my credit card details?

Patapuss uses e-path to facilitate and guarantee secure credit card transactions. e-Path utilizes 2048 encryption which is equivalent to that used in military applications. Our Security page contains more details.

What company name will appear on my statement on my credit card?

The transaction will appear on your credit card statement as our parent company which is Patapuss.

I do not have your bank details so how do I find them?

Our bank details are available as part of the checkout process. If you pay by bank deposit or transfer, be sure to use your order number as the reference.

How do I know if my direct deposit payment has been received?

We check our account every morning so your order is processed as soon as your payment has arrived there. When it is dispatched you will receive an email to advise that your order has been sent.

What do I need to do if I want to pay by cheque?

Payment must be received before we can apply it to your order, thus making it ready for packing and dispatch. Delivery of a cheque can take a few days depending on origin, but once it is received it is banked immediately. Then soon as payment has cleared your order will be processed straight away. All cheques should be made out to ”Patapuss”. Remember to include your order number as the reference.

Can I pay by money order?

Payment must be received before we can process your order. Do you accept Paypal?

Paypal is yet another of our convenient payment options. Your order number will automatically be included for reference.

What happens if I do not include a reference number with my order?

Orders submitted have to be matched against all payments received so it may cause a delay in dispatching your order.

How long does it take to pack and ship orders?

Depending on the time payment receipt is confirmed, orders are packed and posted the same or next working day as most items are in stock. Some lingerie items may take longer as they may have to be specially ordered from overseas but you will be advised of expected delivery if that is the case.

Do you post outside of Australia?

Being Adelaide based, we only expect orders from within Australia, but if someone wishes us to post a special gift directly overseas, or to buy from abroad, that is fine. Please do not pay until we have ascertained overseas postage rates. If you are happy with them, we shall post as soon as payment is then received.

What if I am not home when Australia Post delivers my parcel?

They may either leave it in a safe spot hidden from public view if it does not fit in your mailbox, but in most cases an Australian Post calling card will be left instead, notifying you which Australia Post branch the parcel can be collected from, normally your closest branch.

Can I collect the parcel from my local post office?

You can ask to have your parcel sent to your local post office. Just write this request in the special instructions. Alternatively you can put the address of the nominated Post Office as your delivery address, and when entering the post office address write FOR COLLECTION BY: “Your Name”.

Do you only post items?

If requested or if the order is larger, sometimes we use a courier for added tracking security.

Can the courier leave the parcel somewhere for me?

Just enter any special instructions in the ‘Special Delivery Instructions’ area when placing your order. We note your instructions on the parcel for the courier’s attention. If you do not provide instructions for a safe location, however, the risk and responsibility for loss of the parcel has to be accepted by you, as no signature can be obtained. An item sent via courier is not likely to fit in your letterbox so a secure out of sight location is recommended.

What will the package look like when it arrives?

Most orders will be sent Parcel Post, and your parcel will arrive in a standard red and white Australia Post bag. Your parcel will be addressed with the exact address you enter in the shopping cart. Any special instructions you indicate such as ‘leave by front door’ will be put on the front of the parcel. The return address will show our postal address only and not the company name, so there is no direct correlation between your purchase and Patapuss. The products you order will be wrapped securely for delivery protection plus to ensure there is no indication adult products may be within.

Is it possible to get an exchange or refund on any items?

For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any returns once an item has been in your possession as it can not be resold. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept assertions that items were unopened as much of our stock may not come sealed in a way to prove this. Normal warranties apply but we do check the operation of all equipment and seals of all bottles before dispatch to ensure they are in pristine condition before forwarding to you. Please understand we have this policy in place to protect the health and wellbeing of all customers.

Do I get contacted after my order is placed?

We provide an email order confirmation after your order is submitted then another email when your order is sent. Later you may be alerted to specials that may be of interest.

Do you provide my contact details to other companies?

We would never pass on your contact details to anyone else. As a valued Patapuss client your privacy is important to us.

How do I book a Patapuss Party?

To arrange your own Patapuss Party simply provide your details via our online booking form. Your presenter will contact you to finalise arrangements. You will receive a hostess prize valued at over $20.00 just for having your Patapuss Party plus more hostess awards can be accrued from sales and further party bookings. If a friend is having a party soon you can book then through the presenter in order to increase the hostess award tally for your friend!

Can I become a Patapuss Party Presenter?

We are expanding our Patapuss Party Presenter network to enable more ladies to enjoy pleasurable play with Patapuss, so if you have a bubbly personality and think this is a role that would suit you, feel free to apply!
